  • Individual Psychotherapy means one-to-one therapy between a client and a therapist. It can provide a unique, confidential, and non-judgemental space for someone to explore their concerns, fears and distressing thoughts and feelings in a way they may not feel able to with family or friends.

  • Starting therapy for the first time can be daunting. We often have images in our minds from what we have seen in television shows or films which are usually not like the real experience at all. Often attending psychotherapy when we are feeling relatively well can be very helpful as we can feel more able to explore.

  • For an Individual Psychotherapy Session or Parent / Caregiver Support Session the fee is €70.
