Welcome,

I hold a Graduate Diploma and an MA (Masters) in Integrative Psychotherapy from the University of Limerick.

Previous qualifications include a B.A. in English and Psychological Studies, an MSc (Masters) in Psychological Studies and a Diploma in Counselling Studies alongside other additional trainings.

In my therapy practice, I work in an integrative way, meaning that, rather than working primarily using one theoretical approach, I draw from various perspectives and schools of psychotherapy. I am particularly influenced by Existential psychotherapy theory and Attachment theory.

I currently operate a private practice in Ennis, Co. Clare.
